"We want our community to progress and enjoy positive changes. Help us as we choose the group of people who will have the responsibility to ensure future growth and create jobs in our community. Remember that we can not go backwards, only forwards. Most communities have their association, now it's time for us to create ours, to determine the future of Pavones and to meet our many needs. We invite all, and hope to have more than 100 people attend." From Gerardo Mendoza Barrantes.
All community members, nationals and foreigners, who live or own property in the area, are welcomed to participate in the meeting and in committees. Everyone over the age of 12, from Punta Banco in the south to Cuervito de Pavones and Comte in the north.
